Qualche settimana fa, Flying Lotus ha presentato uno “short film”, Royal, al Sundance NEXT Festival con il moniker steve. La clip fa parte di un film più lungo, Kuso, che è “finito al 65%”.
FlyLo ha anche annunciato alcuni dei nomi coinvolti nella colonna sonora e sono di quelli grossi: Aphex Twin, Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill), Thundercat e Captain Murphy, il suo alter ego rap.
Non ci sono ancora info ufficiali sull’uscita del film, visto che l’artista sta ancora cercando fondi per realizzarlo e si rifiuta di usare Kickstarter “rather just make the shit without having to play the perks game.”
