A record that makes you always want to dance
EEK, Islam Chipsy- Kahraba. Many years ago someone passed me a low-resolution mobile phone video of an egyptian keyboardist flailing at his synthesizer in an epileptic trance, flanked by two synchronized drum sets. I was in love. These artists have later showed up on the cultural radar in Europe, playing all the hypest festivals. Well deserved.
