John Coltrane – Crescent
I’m a sax player, and John Coltrane is by far my favourite saxophonist. His albums range from far out bepop, like giant steps, (which was recorded in between the two miles Davis kind of blue sessions) to deep psychedelia in his later work with alive coltrane. I didn’t really know which album to go for, but recently I’ve been listening to crescent a lot.
