Il 19 gennaio uscirà per Nettwerk il nuovo EP Figure – The Remixes, che include i remix di alcuni brani dell’album di debutto dei Vök (uscito ad aprile) e curati da Demian Licht, Wax Wings e dal gruppo ambient di Manchester Marconi Union.

“Portishead is a band favourite of ours and we definitely get a Portishead vibe from Marconi’s remix of ‘Hiding’. There is a slick arpeggiated bassline that you would expect to hear on a Radiohead album in combination with soft percussive elements makes for a nice rhythmic undertone. The whole track is building up with a slow suspense that never climaxes. We love it.”
