The first record you bought:
First record was Chic – Chic. Because of this song, Est-Ce Que C’est Chic. It was when I first started to get into music after moving to Vancouver about 4 years ago. I remember going to my first party ever which was a Love Dancing thing with floating point. No idea what disco even is that time but I fell in love with the kind of energy that was going around when something like this is being played in a room full of people late at night. The more I know about later on, the more I think this is one of the best made dance floor ready disco.
