When bands are asked for classic albums, it’s natural to delve into the past but for me, touring in Italy with Paolo on this tour showed me, it’s possible to write classics in the here and now. Iron Sky for me, is up there with Gimme Shelter or any tune you choose from the past. It’s a mirror to the modern day and it opened my mind to that writing that way is a possibility
